The Science Center has over 4,000 square metres of interactive exhibitions from the world of science for you to explore. Discover how a polygraph machine works, challenge yourself to a contest of "man vs. machine", or experience what it feels like to stand in a tilted room. Over 250 exhibitions are waiting to be explored.

Multimedia-based, up-to-date, varied and interactive

The new concept delivers a state-of-the-art and varied presentation: At multimedia stations with comprehensive accompanying texts, the curious learn everything they want to know about a subject. Additionally, various research institutes present their latest work. A newly built "TechnikStudio" encourages logical thinking and creativity. Recharge your batteries in the pleasant Science Lounge. And for visitors from three to eight years old, a visit to the Children’s Area is a must.

Outdoor Area for some fresh air and fun

In addition to the permanent and temporary indoors exhibitions, there are 5,000 square metres of outdoor area with plenty of exciting stations to explore. Here it’s all about wind, water and movement. Climb up the 27-metre-high Turm der Lüfte (Tower of the Skies), stopping to conduct an experiment on every level.
