The Senator for Children and Education offers a hotline for parents who are looking for a daycare place for their child.

Parents who would like to find out about the status of their registration at a day care centre, clarify questions about care or make an appointment for personal counselling can now contact the central telephone number of the Senator for Children and Education:

The office hours are:
Monday and Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
