The 9th Hemelinger Vielfalt im Stadtteil Hemelingen, HEVIE for short, showcases the best of all five districts and offers a colourful open-air programme with free admission over two days on the first weekend in September.

Wilkens-Park
13:00 - 17:00 - HEFLOH (flea market in Wilkens Park)
The popular flea market for private sellers invites you to browse. If you don't want to sell yourself, you can relax and enjoy the afternoon on the numerous seats in the park - there is also space to linger in front of the stage. Covered spaces are available for booking for those who want to sell regardless of the weather.
From 14:30 - HEVIE-CUP (sports tournament on the WESER-KURIER stage)
Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the HEVIE-CUP: participants aged 18 and over will be introduced on stage before competing for attractive prizes, including a wooden challenge cup, in exciting boules, beach volleyball and small-sided soccer competitions.
From 16:00 - HEVIE-RACE (Tamra-Hemelingen Park)
The new duo sports format for children aged 8 and over brings speed and fun: in the “Bike vs GoKart” race, an obstacle course is mastered against the clock. A thrilling challenge for big and small teams.
All day - board games for all ages
Various games can be borrowed from the Infopoint - ideal for families and games enthusiasts of all ages.
From 18:30 - Evening program with DJ Toddy (until 23:00)
To round off the day's festivities, DJ Toddy will provide a great atmosphere and good music. This year, a dance floor will be set up directly in front of the stage - perfect conditions for a lively summer night.
From 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast for exhibitors
Sunday for exhibitors starts at 10 a.m. with a delicious breakfast for up to 100 visitors. Background music creates a pleasant atmosphere. The “Made in Hemelingen” buffet in Wilkens Park also invites you to enjoy culinary delights and celebrity guests.
11:00 - 17:00 - Family program & community center activities
A colorful program for every age group is offered free of charge. It is possible to register for lectures, art courses and workshops in the community center hall - individual requests can be accommodated here. The lectures contain practical recommendations and the creative activities invite you to join in.
WESER-KURIER stage
The popular radio presenter Ansgar Langhorst will welcome the audience for the ninth time and lead them through a varied stage program. Music and dance performances will provide the best entertainment for young and old.
