Conditions for participation BremenPay

With BremenPay, your commitment to a livable city will be recognized—and rewarded—this May! Your good deeds will earn you a variety of benefits and experiences in Bremen.

• Engage in a climate friendly activity. For example, cycling, going for a walk, or participating in an environmental project.
• Show a small piece of proof, such as a photo or train ticket, on-site. 
• Receive your thank-you gift directly from the participating partners on-site.

You can find information about which offers and rewards are available through BremenPay and what proof is required for each in the overview of exchange offers. The campaign period is limited to May 2026.
Participation is only possible during the campaign period. Participation is free of charge.

Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years of age. 

Participation is not limited to customers of the participating partners and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services.

WFB and participating partners expressly reserve the right to terminate the BremenPay program without prior notice and without providing reasons. This applies in particular to any circumstances that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled operation of BremenPay.
In addition, WFB and participating partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons to do so, such as 
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the operation of the program, 
(b) in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions, 
(c) in the event of unfair practices, or 
(d) in the event of false or misleading statements in connection with participation in the program.

Rewards will be distributed only while supplies last. If supplies are exhausted, participants shall have no claim to compensation.

Rewards will be handed out exclusively by the respective partners to the participants in person. Exchanges or cash payments in lieu of the reward are not permitted.

The respective partners are solely responsible for the entire administration of the BremenPay program. WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH is not liable for the acts or omissions of the other participating partners or for any claims that may exist against the partners.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. 

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions.
